"First time I’ve purchased anything will be the last. Customer service representatives aren’t decision-makers. Apparently, she told me she would put in a request for my price adjustment just received further marked down BEFORE I even received then I was denied the price adjustment. It’s nice to know companies don’t need new customers. Will be returning the blouse, principles still matter."
