"The item I wanted was in the store @ Avalon but it was an extra large, the sales person said she would order me a small or medium and it would be shipped to me, since I live two hours away from the Avalon store. When I received it, it was the extra large. She said they could not get a small or medium. So instead, they just sent me the extra large. I would have preferred a credit for the store. So now I am stuck with an extra large !!!!!’"
"So pretty! But I did have problems with how it looked on me--quite boxy. Yet I liked it so much I took the risk and altered the sleeves which are so voluminous/gathered at the shoulders. I am a good seamstress but it was a challenge opening up the seams and cutting the sleeve width down and lessening gathers. I also cut out the unnecessary lining in the sleeves to reduce a little more bulk. The lining in the body is a bit short at the bottom which creates a slight fold over the hem. I may decide to alter that too after wearing it. Of course I know linen is wrinkly so I will settle with that."

"I was so excited to receive this - it looked adorable online! Unfortunately, it was too cropped, and the exaggerated puff sleeve was just too much for my 5’4” frame. I do have a 34D chest, which certainly emphasized the short, wide effect. Maybe it would work on smaller chests, or taller ladies. Material seemed stiff to me as well."

"This is a very pretty and very well made top. It is lined but does not feel heavy. I usually wear XS or S in tops and ordered this in XS. The fit is perfect so I would say it is TTS. It is really cute with denim or white shorts. It is pretty short but is still works with high rise shorts or jeans. I am 5’6” tall and about 115 lbs. for reference."
