"This sweatshirt is a gorgeous royal blue and the overall fit is great. For those that are sensitive to scratchy material, this sweatshirt may not be for you. The inside is rough and I have to wear another shirt between my skin and the sweatshirt for comfort, especially on the arms. If they would only have made the inside as soft as the outside, it would be 5*. And yes, I noticed the roughness when I was trying it on but still chose to purchase it as I love the color and look!"
