Would not buy
"I really wanted to love this bag. It’s incredibly cute, lightweight and it doesn’t feel cheap, even though it was an investment. I decided to bite the bullet and buy it, because I thought the quality would justify the price. Unfortunately, the very first time I used it, on a trip to the beach, the inside lining ripped and the shoulder straps began to fray. I assumed I had just received a defective bag so I took it to a store hoping to exchange it or receive a store credit. Instead, I was met with a dismissive response and was told that they could only take the bag back with the tags still on. For a bag that failed after one use, I found that response incredibly disappointing. I have always loved shopping at Evereve, but the combination of poor product quality and disappointing customer service unfortunately cost them a loyal customer. With so many great places to shop these days, customer service is often what sets a retailer apart. Unfortunately Evereve missed that opportunity!"
