Delivered oh so ridiculously wrinkled!
"I have received a number of ever Evereve either rolled up and then put in tissue paper, wrinkled, or like this brown jacket straight out of a plastic bag. For years, I have ordered a number of blazers from J. Crew, Anthropologie and Nordstrom always ready to wear directly out of the box. This jacket and others have been delivered ridiculously wrinkled. The label states to press with “cool iron”. The cool iron will definitely not take the wrinkles out. The jacket is adorable. I take both an extra small and a small in jackets and after reading reviews, I decided to go with the small and it certainly does fit perfectly now to proceed to having to take all the wrinkles out and hopefully not damaging it. With this order, I also purchased the High Neck Satin Top. Certainly a beautiful item, but also it came in a plastic bag extremely wrinkled. It is a beautiful top, great color but the care instructions for this “cool iron if needed”. I can hardly doubt that this will be revived with a cool iron. So disappointing!"
