"Great bladder. I work in a very cold building so it's great to be warmer, but look smarter. I live the brown color, it's warm, but neutral enough for those with cooler times to wear well (like me). It feels fused/glued together with light padding on the shoulders (not too much). I wish it was sewn in to the shoulders weren't as stiff.
